Therapy is built on trust, and that includes how your information is handled. The short version: your details are used only to provide your therapy. They are never sold, and never shared without your consent unless the law requires it.
Who we are

What we collect and why
- Enquiry details (name, contact details, your message) — to reply to you and arrange your intro call. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Client records (contact details, relevant health and wellbeing information, session notes) — to provide safe, effective therapy. Legal basis: consent and, for health information, your explicit consent.
- Booking data — processed by our scheduling provider when you book a call (see "Third parties" below).
How long we keep it
Client records are kept securely for the period required by professional and insurance guidelines, then securely destroyed. Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 12 months.
Third parties
We use trusted providers to run the practice — scheduling (Calendly), website hosting, and email. They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
